Debonairs West Cost Village HEALTH HAZARD

I went to Debonairs west coast village, tableview. The lady in the kitchen was digging in her nose then wiped her hand on her apron then proceeded to make my order. When I approached the manager to cancel my order and and explained why I'm canceling my order, he apologized very casually and was very disinterested. This is the second time we have an issue at this branch. I'm so disgusted in the unhygienic and unprofessional service.
