Debonairs Watergate poor service

I placed an online order #101376 on Friday 30/11/18 to the Watergate branch. I was meant to receive sweet and sour chicken wings. The delivery guy advised that he would inform the store and i would receive a call from the store the next day. Its 2 days later, no call no delivery. Poor service.
