Debonairs waited 45min to tell me they cant deliver tonmy address

Placed an online order at 9:40.. Everything went through on the App and delivery was requested.

Recieved a call from Debonairs 45min saying that they don't deliver to my address (4km away) and that i must call the branch thats closer(2km away). This branch is closed today.

Why the **** was i allowed to order from the first branch and why the **** was i only contacted 45 min after placing the order???

Never buying from this useless brand again!
