Debonairs Vredenburg

Good evening. I went to the Vredenburg brajch to buy pizza. My order was time 18:02 Order:427 When I arrived home the order was wrong. I phomed the branch and they put the phone down in my ear. I took the pizzas back and asked who put the phone down in my ear. The reply was dont ask us speak to the manager. The manager did not ever apologise or explain what happened. I visit the shop 2 times and what about the fuel cost for me. Only informed me wlthe order must be redone. I asked my money back. The attitude of the workers stink. The shop is filthy. The personel are definitely not properly trained. To such a mistake when the shop wasn't even busy. I will never support Debonairs again and I will tell all my friends what bad service the shop offer. Managment should look into this matter its going to cost them a lot of customers and money.
