Debonairs Virginia

I stay in a very small town - Virginia (Free State). I have placed an online order andalso paid via the app. This was 18:36. They delivered it nearly 2 hours later. If I went to the promises it would have taken a mere 20 min to prepare and leave the shop to be at my house 5 minutes later (we stay close by). My question - why do we have to Wait this long? Is it worthwhile to order online, or just a frustrating exercise?
