Debonairs Verulam WORST STORE!!!!

I ordered 2 large pizza's on the app at 16:24 for delivery from Debonairs Verulam. At approximately 17:46 I called to enquire what was going on with my order only to realize that they hadn't even started preparing it, I requested to speak to the manager only to be put on hold for an addional 11 minutes before the call being dropped, I called back and requested that I want a refund as this is pathetic service to say the least. I was informed that I would be contacted, however till now I have not.
