Debonairs verulam is rediculess

I am disappointed by the verulam debonairs I have place a or at 1:44pm online and I received a confirmation sms from debonairs however I corresponded with the online team at 345 due to the fact that I have not received my order. They advised that someone will call me back from the branch when they did call me back the informed me that they called all customers and informed them that they are waiting for stock delivery should be in the next 2 hours however I have not received any call and my child has came from school and when I asked the lady what time would my order arrive she advised there are still waiting for stock. Very poor customer service now I am sitting with a child that's very hungry and I have to call another fast food provider for food and wait 1 hour rediculess
