Debonairs Vermeulen Street, Pretoria CBD - Terrible, terrible, terrible!
<p>I order from the Debonairs App. I've had very long waiting times with Debonairs in Vermeulen Street, Pretoria CBD - so I try to avoid them and order from Debonairs Arcadia instead. I have had no bad experience with Arcadia to date - always on time, always fresh. Today, I made the mistake to order from Vermeulen Street again and have been waiting over 2 hours (ordered at 11:18, it is now 14:07). They have called me to ask for directions (after an hour) - but its longer than an hour ago and... still no food. I order for convenience as I am at work. While I was typing this, they phoned again saying they will send a new driver as they don't know where the original one is. I have to explain the directions to him as well. Do these people not have GPS? I cancelled the order (can't wait two MORE hours). I know they have many customers - but this is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I even phoned the Debonairs call centre which has, up till now, not responded or acted in any way. Is it just OK with them that branches deliver late - with no way of letting customers know? Just left me hanging there while I could have made other plans for food.</p>

No one has contacted me yet and I don't want them to bother. Debonairs obviously does not care about good customer service. I've decided not to order from any Debonairs anymore as you have A LOT of competition that render MUCH BETTER service than you do. My experience was with the Vermeulen Street branch and I wanted something to be done, but Debonairs corporate has refused to act. I will neither order nor recommend this deplorable, apathetic pizza restaurant again.
