Debonairs vangate mall pathetic service

Worse customer service ever. So yesterday we decide to order 3 x pizzas and 12 x wings from debonairs at 5.05pm knowing that I've been fasting whole day. I expect my food to rock up by me before I break my fast at 6.15pm.it's 8pm and nothings arrived. I decide to phone the branch. They end up telling me that they about to put the pizzas in at 8.15pm and that I'd expect my pizza at 9pm. The delivery man arrives at 9pm with 2 x pizzas and the 12 x wings. Forgetting that we had paid for 3 and not 2. We have already waited 4 hours for a pizza only for the driver to rock up with half the order. Now I'm livid and decide to phone the manager. This lady has the audacity to laugh when she hears that she had messed up our order. She mentions that we should remind her about our pizza in the morning She's the manager but we should remind you about a order you messed up. It's 5.30pm the next day and we still have not received our outstanding food. Worse service ever.
