Debonairs Vanderbijlpark bad service

What horrible service. I ordered pizza online from Debonairs Vanderbijlpark. I paid for it online and when my boyfriend went to pick it up they made him pay again. When he got home he was adamant that I hadn’t paid - I had to show with my transactions on my banking app. The next we went back to the store, the lady that helped us said she remembers he paid but they were offline so she can’t see if I paid. We went again 2 days later she printed out the receipt which shows that it was paid for online but we had to wait for the manager to come the next day - she said she would call us. The next day she didn’t call - we went again to the store they are requesting for our bank statements. The manager was there this time standing about a meter from us and he didn’t even come say a thing or try to explain anything to us. So we have to go source bank statements and drive there again… mind you we stay 30kms from that store… so they kept our money and we waisted it more on petrol for people who are not trying to assist us. Does it have to take 4 trips to sought something like this out???
