Bought 7 trippledecckertooped and got 7 free R200 voucher, managed to claimed them and got only one sms which refers me to purchase online, please advice as to when, will I get other sms as proof that i claimed them and also if I cant go to the selected stores directly to utilize the vouchers?

Still no feeb back, and it's going on two weeks now

I need to use the vouchers why is it a struggle?
