Debonairs Van Riebeeck Park - Order NOT Delivered - 0/5 stars

I ordered pizzas from Debonairs Van Riebeeck Park on the Debonairs pizza app 3 hours before the store closed. 3 hours later, the store has closed and my pizzas have not been delivered. I know I'll never get them. No one has called to tell me why there was a delay and my order was not reversed (the least they could do). I basically wasted my money on Debonairs - I wrongly assumed they had a good reputation, but after seeing all the reviews of food not being delivered, cold food, dry food and food that isn't prepared well - I'm done with Debonairs. What happens to all these orders that don't get delivered but were paid for online? Do you pocket our money? Do you realize how wrong that is? You can't accept our money and not deliver the products and the service. Debonairs Pizza is a pizza restaurant, not a charity. I want a refund.

If you're a customer, do yourself a favor and order from a different pizza franchise. Debonairs isn't what they say they are. You will not get your food, and if you get it, you won't be impressed. I'm never ordering from Debonairs again! I've had bad experiences with fast food restaurants but this is by faaaar the worst. I'll remember this terrible incident forever.
