Debonairs Vaalpark - We offer a No Delivery Service!!!

Debonairs Pizza Vaalpark - First and Last time I will be ordering food from them is quite a nightmare,

I made an online order 2020/05/27 17:19 90 minutes later I phone the store (3 times) to no avail (Seeing as they did not call me to confirm my order) I did however receive a confirmation sms as this was an online order.

After all this I phone the Area manager (Philip) who I have dealt with in past. He finally got the store to contact me 20 minutes later.

The store calls me and says the Manager wants to talk to me - Then puts me on hold and then a voice on the other side of the line blaring away.... After striking a conversation with the manager she hands off the phone to someone else.... Who had no Idea why I wanted to call... I Canceled my order after this and demanded to be put in touch with the owner... After which the 2nd lady replies... your order is ready we are waiting for the driver (The Debonairs - Go-To Excuse)… Poor Drivers..

I Feel disgusted about the service people get from you guys. I look forward to the Generic Response to this complaint _ "Thank you for contacting Debonairs blah blah we are sorry you had a bad experience and so on....."
