Debonairs V&A waterfront

The Level of service delivering at Debonairs and Steers at the V&A Waterfront is shocking to say the least..... not only do they never answer their phones for orders but if you get there their que's seems to be the longest out of all the fast food restaurants in the food court. I cant understand hoe in the middle of the festive season in one of the busiest malls they have one person working the tills, answering phones and handing people their food.... not only are people turning around after waiting 20 to 40 min to get to the front but people are complaining because the have to wait just as long to get their food..... and this is not due to bad management coz the poor manager is running between two shops helping where she can but rather due to bad ownership for being to selfish to appoint more staff.
