Debonairs USELESS Call Centre

Debonairs customer journey is pathetic. Placed an order on Debonairs app 12:07 and at 13:46 there is still no pizza and no one at their call centre can assist. Whats disgusting is that the call centre agents are proudly saying there is nothing they can do to assist a customer. You cant even call the store directly without going through the useless call centre. Debonairs need to seek new call centre manager as whoever has been appointed to run the call centre doesnt know what they are doing. You cannot have 5 to 7 agents that all dont know how to handle a customer query.
