Debonairs unwilling to refund my money for the pizza they couldnt deliver.

On the 4th of May which is 4 days ago,I or qdered pizza using my Credit Card.After 30 minutes I received a call from a cashier to say they do not deliver pizza at my location which is Germiston extension 9.Well they told me they will refund my money.But I am still waiting,I have been calling them from monday to date but they are not willing to refund my money for the undelivered pizza.

I keep calling them and they give me false hope. they said within 48 hours and that was monday or tuesday,I waited n waited evn today I am still wait.What frustrate me more is that I did not eat the pizza n for them to take the money they took it immidiately but to refund the money it seems to be a problem.

I Just need my money.
