The service is pathetic and business ethics are so so bad. No professionalism -no name tags, even to the so-called manager. They delivered pizza snacster promotional pamphlet flyer vouchers for primary school kids to collect at the store.

Upon collection, a so called manager who didn't even had a name badge told the kid that it was valid for 2 months, whereas the is no date to prove that. I called the customer care line, that promise to call the store so that they can solve this issue; up until now - no call, nothing. I'm hoping to still get a call from the franchise to explain and solve this problem. So disturbing and embarrassing to have such big brand preaching what they don't practice.
