Debonairs Umhlanga, Total garage, damaged my car! Shop owner/manager not taking responsibility and act *********!

On 23 October 2019 at 1.15 pm a Debonairs Pizza driver by the name of Basika drove into my car and damaged the left back lights of my car. I have a witness to the accident and it is clearly noted in the accident report at the Durban North Police Station. This report was undersigned by the driver Basika and me - the police officer had interviewed us to the same time. I am claiming from the shop owner of Debonairs Pizza Umhlanga, Total Garage, Jubilee Grove, Umhlanga to take over the responsibility and cover the cost for the repair. I am absolutely shocked and disappointed about how the manager Joelene Naidoo and the shop owner N Piarlall treats this matter!!! It is disgusting! Up to today the shop owner has not come back to me - numerous phone calls to the branch, visiting the branch daily and emails.....all without success. The shop owner N Piarlall does not reply to my email at all! The manager Joelene does not care at all and gives me excuses. Apparently the driver gave her a different story denying his fault. To be very clear - The driver and I were together at the police station and the police report was signed by him and me. I have tried to solve this matter in an amicable manner but Debonairs Pizza Umhlanga, Jubilee Grove, at the Total garage gives me no choice as to go the legal route and make public on social media their absolute reluctant behaviour.
