Debonairs Tzaneen Mall horrible service

Debonairs Tzaneen Mall debited my account twice, two days ago. They refused to give me back my money because they insisted that it only debited once. I have a bank statement to prove that my money was debited twice and the firat transaction is yet to reverse - two days later. I have been sent from pillar to post by both Debonairs Pizza and my bank, Standard Bank to try and recoup this money. Horrible service
