I placed an order at 16:50. They called to say they don't have death by chocolate. My mom had to go in, at 6 only for them to say they can't refund me as the money doesn't reflect in the account.

They call me from a faulty line, several times and when I call their *** number, it cuts me off around 2 min 36 seconds.

It's very frustrating
