Debonairs tokai

Disgusted! I made a online order for delivery on the debonairs delivery app ordered from debonairs tokai and my order was accepted and payment was deducted online only to get a call and to be told that they dont deliver to my area but thats not what the app said i asked the manager "nana" to please make a plan as this is not a error on my side and is unfair she sorted it out with her "boss" called me back and told me that the delivery will take place but the driver is going to take long because he has to do a delivery first and this is the reason why they dont deliver to my area which is plumstead/southfield because it could take up to an hour or 2hours to deliver note his on a bike and the delivery was to retreat 5mins away from where i stay and tokai debonairs is 11mins away from my house if this driver doesnt pitch out of spite i wonder if im going to get a refund or is that also going to be my problem???
