Debonairs Thorntree Give poor service and they never rectify their mistake

Its sad how business are quick to fill your phone with promo specials and yet failed to attend to the mistake they made .. i order a pizza 2 weeks and it arrived 2 hours late and i understand is its bad during this covid but the store call 1h40 before my pizza left the store .. to make matters worse it arrived very cold i took a pic of and reported it to Debonairs and still even today they are still attending to my report

im highly disappointed in Deboanirs Thornree worse part i even paid for the delivery
