Debonairs the worst customer service

Worst customer service ever.

Order my pizza from Lakefield Square Benoni at 18:34 it's is currently 19:54 when writing this review no Pizza yet. No communication from the store or debonairs. Plus their tracking systems do not work on the app either.

Phoned the store and Michael picked up. When asking about my order he came back with an answer of your Pizza is only leaving the store now. Not hi sir I want to firstly apologize for any inconvenience.

Debonairs really does not care about their customers and has over the last year turned into the worst service delivery based service out there.

It starts from the top though as their head office and customer care side will easily open a ticket for you but never ever will anything result from these tickets. Think I have had about 3 of them over the last year and half and not once have they called me nor reached out to me nor done anything about it.

Honestly wish this company would collapse due to it as this standard of customer service is why companies are suffering in SA and deserve to close down
