DEBONAIRS TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD

Very disappointed with the experience received from Debonairs Primrose. Spoke to a lady by the name of Tshepang to place an order.. An hour later my order had not yet arrived. I called Tshepang to follow up, she advised that she would check with the driver and get back to me.. Needless to say, she did not get back to me.. After sometime, I phoned them again and was told the driver left ages ago and she doesn't know what the hold up is. I advised her that my kids are hungry and we need to drop them off, only to be told by her that she's not a driver and can't help me.. My husband ended up dropping the kids and buying McD on the way, which was an additional expense.. The driver then calls me and tells me he doesn't have my address, how does the restaurant send the driver out without an address? My order eventually arrived and was super cold.. The base was hard.. I've been struggling to log in to Hello Peter, which is why this is delayed.. I'd like a refund of my spending.. I probably would not order from Debonairs again.. This isn't the 1st bad experience with them.
