DEBONAIRS TAKES PAYMENT WITHOUT DELIVERING THE ORDER

This is absurd. I ordered food on the app and made a payment and everything. Then, the app suddenly stopped working before my order was confirmed, yet the money was deducted from my bank account. Now, I've tried MULTIPLE times to call, but I am placed on hold for RIDICULOUS amounts of time before a recording tells me to phone back later. What kind of bull**** is this??? Taking payments from customers and then vanishing? *** is wrong with you???
