Debonairs sun baked cardboard pizza

Hi htere, <br> <br> On 06 March 2016 we ordered pizza from the Celtis Ridge store at 13:21. At 14:25 our Pizza still has not arrived and we phoned the store to find out what the delay was - the guys that answered sounded like he walked past the store and answered the phone, he was nowhere? he had no clue what I was talking about, and didn't even think to ask me to search for my order, I asked him if he had a clue as to what order I was referring to and he asked me to hold and put the phone down in my ear - NEVER phoned me back. <br> <br> 10 minutes later the sun baked pizza arrived, the sticker was red because it has been in the sun for 10 seconds. (do yourself a favour and hold one of the black stickers in the sun for 2 second, immediately it starts turning red :) The pizza was dry and tasted like sun baked cardboard. <br> <br> It's not the 1st time it's happened and that's why, when I placed my order I double checked that they had the address - and she assured me it was the right one. <br> <br> It's \unaccountable\" (for the lack of a better word) to send a driver and say we must sort it out with him, I didnt want to pay for the pizza because of the quality as well as the poor service I received from THE STORE."
