Debonairs sucks

Worst experience ever,Debonairs northmead..Called and ordered 30 minutes in advance .Fetched my food…Paid and received my slip…waiting almost 15 minutes stood up and asked why I’m still waiting if I called and ordered…The lady walked to the orders that was prepared and handed my food..so I waited for 15 minutes due to the staff not working and chatting to the their friends instead and than scratch the hair while giving attitude coz they to busy entertaining themselves instead of serving customers
