Debonairs sucks

We decided to order a pizza from Debonairs Northcliff and without any contact we had to call them after an hour of not receiving anything. Once we called they claimed that they had no drivers that wanted to drive in the weather and when we asked why couldn't they call to tell us that so we could collect collect they changed their story to it is ready but no driver is available. Then when we asked what their policy would be about free pizza they said the 45mins doesn't apply anymore since they have the red dot....what a load of **** since all they do is make it and then put it on a warmer. This place is useless.
