Debonairs sucks

I ordered a pizza from debonairs boulders online as it showed it was the only one that could deliver to carstenhof clinic. After paying online i received a call from them saying they dont deliver to my area, i then told them their system says they do, thats why i ordered. I then asked them for my refund which they promised to refund within 24 hours. Bits been 3 frustrating weeks and still i do not have my refund. I have called their customer service numerous times and all i get is a promise to sort it out. Last week i got a messge that my case has been closed but i have still not received my money. Appauling service. Debonairs sucks big time.
