Debonairs such a disgrace

I placed an order for delivery at Debonairs Promenade, the driver arrives with missing items. He then returns with the missing item and asks me to pay after I already paid with a Flexi voucher. After a whole back and forth with the driver and the store, they then demand that I return the food....bare in mind, that I already paid. I return the food, of which we already started eating from, and the driver leaves. Now I need to cook food again cause not all my family members had supper to eat.
