Debonairs stole my money

Good day. I'm really disappointed in the service I recieved today by Carnival mall Brakpan. On the 17th I was feeling ill, and ordered a pizza online to be paid for by card, and delivered as I don't have a car and don't feel too well. So they deliver the pizza... CARD MACHINE, TERRIBLE. Can't print slips and didn't show that the transaction went through. So I ran in and grabbed 100 from my boyfriend so I could pay... When in the meantime my card payment actually went through. I went in with my pizza and immediately went onto my online banking app to see why my card was declined... Saw that it did go through the first time. So I phone carnival mall, they tell me my money will be refunded into my account by late afternoon, if it isn't I must go print bankstatements and bring it with my slip to debonairs... ALREADY THIS IS REALLY RIDICULOUS!!!! So the day after (18th) I pop in with my slip and my bank statements... They didn't even ask me for my name, look at my slip or bankstatement and told me to wait 24hours after the original transaction, to be refunded. 24hours went by and still nothing. Yesterday (19th) I phoned again they told me they were going to send a driver with my money if they were unable to reverse it... Yet again nothing... Today (20th) I went back to them, and they claimed that they still hadnt recieved the money on their side. I walked down to capitec bank and they made a phone call, printed a new statement. Debonairs took my money twice and are still refusing to give it back...
