Debonairs Stellenbosch

Monthly i do orders for office for +-7pizzas, recently I'm not impressed with Debonairs service, when i call in to place order i repeatedly told the agent delivery time but then they deliver an hour earlier, or they dont bring the slip as asked repeatedly, we have meetings scheduled and we have a time line which we work at the office so lunch time was scheduled now twice due to this (early delivery of pizza. ) on the 26 July i reported this to the call centre, the manager "Banele" never returned my call as promised, she will listen to the recordings...... ... Today 30 Aug 2024 again delivery was done 30min earlier. I phoned in again today to report this, waiting on someone to give me a call .....
