Debonairs Steelpoort terrible service

I want to log a complaint against Debonairs Steelpoort.

I ordered online (order #***2) and it showed I will be charged extra for delivery, which is no problem at all, but before I ordered I called the restaurant to confirm that they do in fact deliver to my address and it was confirmed.

More than an hour after my order was placed I phoned the restaurant to ask when my order would be delivered.

I was then only informed by the manager that they do not deliver to my address, but my order is ready.

They did not even go to the trouble of informing me that it will not be delivered and if I did not phone them to query my order I would still be waiting.

This is unacceptable and if it is the case that they do not deliver, their website should be updated to show that!

I am really unhappy about this type of service and I will not support any Debonairs in the future.
