debonairs staff not properly traioned
I called debonairs in kagiso mall around 19:35 and placed a very simple order,1stly th staff there didn't know how to spell calenda ok cool. She confirmed that my order was R215.00. And it would be there in 45 minutes. Ay shame 21:00 passed and stil no pizza I called and bomb they say my order doesn't appear. I mean its either they are illeterate or don't listen.. Management has to upgrade their service or they gona lose customers foreal. Their standard is paintin a BAD picture for debonairs . ##****ed##
