Debonairs SpringsGate poor service and giving us false advertising

My pizza was delivered 2 hours later and on representation the dot was black. I decided to call the store and talk to the manager by the name of Tsholo and she told me that it will be black because of the weather its cold. She told me its written in their terms and conditions. If thats the case then debonairs is doing false adverti*****t. The sad part is that I had already paid online and the manager just said I must give the driver back the pizza and they will refund my money back. As to when I do not know. What a poor service I have recieved. Now have to wait and hope I get my money back as I was not given any reference nothing.
