Debonairs Springsgate Lacks good customer service

Bad service from Debonairs Pizza Springs Gate Placed an order at 18:07 online and it's now 19:47, I still have not received my delivery.

I have been calling till my airtime finished while they keep placing me on hold and lying that the store manager Thobile will call me back. There is no order updates so that I can cancel and make alternatives. They honestly lack good customer service.
