Debonairs springs gate let me down

I placed an order last night at exactly 19:30 for 2 large pizzas and I was checking on their website and it was sitting on preparing your order for the longest time.An hour later I then decided to call the shop Debonairs springs gate and the people kept hanging up the phone .I did not get telephonic help until I was out of airtime then decided to get KFC .At exactly 21:41 I got a call that the driver was out for delivery. What would I do with double pizzas after 2 hours of placing an order?This was my very first time ordering from them and I got a disappointment of my life.I did not take their pizza because I had already eaten KFC ..I am really disappointed even with their call centre people ,they just dont care.
