DEBONAIRS SPARKS ROAD STOLE MY MONEY!!!!!!

Debonairs franchise is absolutely robbing people. I purchased from them on the 29th of July where they DOUBLE CHARGED me. The money went through my account but the rude cashier said she needs to swipe again.. She then said if it did double charge they will pick it up and they will reverse it on their side.. So instead of paying R159 I paid R318. I went back to debonairs on Sparks Road Durban and told the cashier that the reversal haven't been done and I want cash. She said that's not possible and it will be done as soon as possible.. Ever since then iv been going every week to find out why it hasn't been done and no one seems to know what has happenend.. Then I called the very slow customer service to assist and they still getting back to me from August. Its the 1st OCTOBER!!! Does it take so dam long to do a reversal.. I am extremely disappointed and angry with debonairs on SPARKS ROAD and will never support them again! Trying to get hold of the customer service is impossible! Do they even have people working there? This is the limit!
