Ordered a pizza via app and got a call after 30min saying they couldn't deliver to my area due to on going protest which was not updated on the app. So how will I possibly know? Okay fine, she gives me options that I can come collect or cancel my order and I tell her I can't cancel or collect since it's my last money and it'll take 5 working days, she says she'll talk to her superior and "GET BACK TO ME". Did she? No, just got a message that my order was canceled. Is this how you handle your situations?. I didn't mind my order being canceled, what ****es me is that she said she'll get back to me!
