Debonairs Soggy chips in both packets

Below is the email I sent to Debonair head office on the 30May 2023

Good morning - Attention The manager, I trust you are well. I would like to complain that the chips that I received on the 27 may, ( the chips with the chicken and the separate one I bought) see attached (till slip, was stale and soggy. Definitely it was re-fried and was not the normal standard that I buy from Debonair. Thank you, and regards, Ahmed
