Debonairs should look into another industry

Found two hair particles in my pizza, showed it to the female who was serving us, she then asked me what she must do. Surprised I asked her to either replace the pizza or refund me. She the said she will speak to the manager and thereafter went to a man who was operating the till at fishaways, on then did she say she will replace the pizza. Seemingly there is no manager for this restaurant. When she brought the pizza she had an attitude and didn't even apologise for their actions. Terrible Service.
