Debonairs should close

On 1 July 2023. I placed an order at 19:00 on the online app platform . At 19:30 I could no longer see the status of my order. I phoned the store and call centre a total of 9 times and continuously got transferred or had nobody answer once transferred . I spoke to an advisor and requested to speak to a manager and had to ask this 5 times and even then the call was dropped . My partner took it upon himself to go and drive to the store at 20:30 as we still had no answer or update on the order , only to be told the driver is on his way . R260 spent on cold food once the driver got here . Spoke to manager Berenice who was of no assistance . Debonairs should close in South Africa . The pizza base was still raw and you only supply sauce with no toppings . I forgot the reason I stopped buying from Debonairs and this instance was not an isolated one . Your customer service is horrible , your food is horrible , your delivery is horrible . All in all, pathetic service , pathetic store and pathetic food . Debonairs kromboom , never again
