I ordered a pizza online on Saturday the 26th at 14:16pm and it arrived at 17:30pm after I called the branch and spoke to a rude cashier who told me that she doesn't work online and does not know the "ASAP" option and dropped the call in my ear, I called again and spoke to Malefu who is apparently the manager and she said that she won't be able to tell me who I was speaking to as everyone is going to deny the phone call. She then said that she will try to call the driver and call me back, it's now Tuesday by the way. I've never received such horrible service and I can't believe how rude this cashier was, the nerve to tell a customer that you don't work on the internet you work at the branch. When you are at work, you should make it your priority to know your products and enquire when you are not sure, being rude is not the answer
