Debonairs service sucks

There was load shedding at Cosmo City ordered pizza at 19:35 and waited until 20:35 they never delivered called them they said the driver should be here in about 10 minutes, when I call back again the are now closed and their lines are not going through. Why take orders whereas you know you can’t deliver. Your service sucks and we not eaten with my kids.
