Debonairs Secunda - Utterly dissapointed --1 review

I made an online order at Debonairs Secunda at 17:52. It's 19:11 and I still did not even get a feedback or tracking report as to what is going on. I called in to follow up the 1st time and they told me that the driver supposedly already left they will follow up and let me know, 12 minutes after still no reply and I phoned back wanting to cancel the order, the lady told me that she is going to call the manager and she put me on hold talking in their language for 10:32 minutes and not even one word to me and I hung up. I'm utterly dissapointed in a franchise business clearly that doesn't give a damn to customers supporting them, I have a two year old boy very excited to get pizza, and what now, never again not even in a other town I'll ever support this framchise again, they do not even have the audacity to apologise or even keeping up to date after several times I tried to find out on my own, and to top that their tracking system apparetenly does not even work !!!
