Debonairs Scottsvile Mall, Pmb - terrible pizza

This pertains to Debonairs Scottsville Mall in Pietermaritzburg.

On 15 Sept, 20, I ordered a creamy chicken Tripple Decker and BBQ Wings as a side via Mr D. When the pizza & wings came , we were utterly disappointed.

Wings - these looked & tasted like they were boiled then simply placed in packaging. The wings were soggy and tasted overboiled - nothing I’ve ever tasted from a debonairs nor any other reputable restaurant.

Pizza - The pizza had no cheese, despite ordering single extra cheese on top of the normal order . The very little sauce used was not the normal creamy cheese sauce , they used the steers rave sauce (which is also cream white in colour but very different in taste). The pizza was dry , the chicken was dry and the overall taste was underwhelming.

Perhaps this was done because it’s not a sit-in order and the store figured we wouldn’t have an opportunity to complain face to face, I don’t know . But what I do know is that I am disappointed and mad that I spent my hard earned cash on this bad meal.
