DEBONAIRS SASOLBURG - TIME TO BOYCOTT THIS BRANCH ASK ROMANS TO OPEN A BRANCH IN SASOLBURG

Debonairs SASOLBURG what a bunch of dodos. 2 months ago we paid them a visit and ordered their 2 Large Pizza special. The Shop was full of customers WAITING. We were among the people siting at a table waiting. I was watching the guys finishing all sorts of orders and putting them on metal shelves against the one wall. Withing 10 minutes I saw 2 Large pizzas going onto the same shelves. After more than an HOUR they called my number and low and behold THOSE WHERE MY PIZZAS GETTING ALL DRIED OUT UP THERE. I asked them WHY DON'T YOU JUST LET THE CUSTOMERS TAKE THEIR ORDERS WHEN IT'S READY ...... ALL I GOT WAS 5 DUMB LOOKS. A 3rd of the 1 pizza wasn't even covered with the cheese etc topping and by the time we got home THEY WERE HARD AS ROCKS. Could someone from Head Office please talk to these individuals and explain why you can't leave pizzas on those shelves for an hour, SO WHAT IF MY PIZZAS ARE READY BEFORE THE ORDER OF MRS JOE SOAP WHO ORDERED FANCY 3LAYERED SPECIAL PIZZAS WITH SAUSAGES ETC THAT TAKE A LOT LONGER TO MAKE. Please guys, use your common sense PLEEEEEEASE DISGUSTING UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND TOTALLY *********** MANAGEMENT!!!
