Debonairs sad promises

Poor service and not true to promise. Received a cold pizza and called Debonairs Emmerentia. The lady who answered claimed she was the manager and was very abrupt insisting that the pizza was not cold. Also the pizza was all over the box which I told them about. Not much I could do as I paid already. She offered and sent a replacement pizza but they clearly cant keep the hot or free promise as she insisted it was hot when I received it lol. The poor driver now explained that he is liable and will need to pay for the pizza...That is truly disgusting Debonairs. If I had known the poor driver will need to pay for it I would never have complained in the first place. Poor Poor Poor Debonairs and a loss of a frequent customer!!!!
