Debonairs_sa shut down debonairs mafikeng

Ordered pizza around 12:59pm Sunday afternoon and only received it around 16:00pm and it was obviously dry, cold with not enough toppings and no cheese. I had ordered extra cheese and there was literally no cheese on it and it nearly chocked me. I called customer care and they gave me a case number after failing to reach them as well. Customer care told me the manager will call me as soon as they could reach them, finally after 2 hours the manager calls and asks to see the pictures of the pizza, which i took shortly after receiving the pizza, she saw the pictures and apologized that there was no extra cheese and said she will definitely put extra cheese on my next order. I obviously never want to see debonairs pizza the crossing mall again.
