Debonairs *****s from customers and give horrible service

On the 26 July 2025 I purchased 2 large pizzas and 2 cold drinks Cokes to be specific at Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg. I have placed the order at about 16h30 and I waited for almost 2 hours . My number 531. After I went to them to collect my order which was showing on the screen that it was ready I was told to wait for another 30 minutes. At that time the order showing the screen was from 565 to 570+ yet I had not received my order. When they finally gave me the order they did not give me my drinks with and they ignored me when I asked for the drinks💔😭😭 My heart is bleeding and very disappointed by being *****ed snd treated so bad by such big restaurant and I honestly feel like reporting this to the Ombudsman or Seta.

Debonairs has turned to be evil 😈 and truly nonsense
